    Job Description

    We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative in our Pompano Beach, FL office to help drive new sales of our one-of-a-kind custom built Floating Dock Systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and keeping relationships with new customers. Follows internal sales and customer relation policies and actively seeks conventional and non-conventional methods of improving competitive positioning while increasing market share. Actively works to develop, improve, and enhance relationships with potential and existing customers and avidly works to maintain and foster a positive customer experience at every level of the sales process. Individual will work with team members to maintain and strengthen AccuDock’s reputation of exceptional service. If you have the right attitude, we will teach you the ropes!

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Execute a sales process through discovery, solution, pricing, negotiation, and the closing process.
    • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified, prospective customers while maintaining relationships with exciting customers.

    • Maintain a company-owned database (Salesforce CRM) of current customers, prospective customers and past customers to support the marketing and sales effort. Update client data and communications within Salesforce as needed.
    • Follow-up with customers in a timely fashion to maximize sales opportunities. Aggressively pursue all proposals in progress.
    • Proactively prospect for new business and create momentum.
    • Follow Sales Procedures and meet quarterly sales objectives.
    • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of AccuDock products.
    • Recruit new customers via a mixture of cold calling and warm leads.
    • Understand customer needs and requirements.
    • Prospect/Network for new business, developing relationships with general contractors, builders, commercial developers, property managers, architectural/design community and others.
    • Prepare and present proposals in complete and professional manner per company standards. Follow-up on hard bids and offers value engineered solutions to customers.

    • Assist customers with instructions on installation of products or any other guidance they may need.
    • Research, find, and review project plans and specifications to determine project specific opportunities along with market awareness of planned projects and bidding strategies.
    • Aggressively seek out and identify opportunities for new business, customers and market growth.


    • 3 + Years of Commercial, Marine Construction and/or Experience as a Salesperson/Estimator.
    • Knowledge of the Marine Industry with a focus on floating docks a plus.
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales or Business, strongly preferred.
    • Self-starter who is a team player and can work independently in a dynamic deadline driven environment.
    • Highly Motivated; Can work in a rapidly growing company and industry.
    • Exceptional presentation, verbal, communication, analytical and negotiation skills.
    • Capable of multitasking while managing multiple orders/customers in a fast-paced environment.
    • Self-Motivated with a strong desire to succeed. Ability to stay motivated and focused through a multi-step sales process.
    • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM.
    • Must be fluent in spoken and written English language.
    • Reliability/dependability is key – 8am -5pm M-F.
