Administrative Assistant/Closing Agent

    We are currently seeking a self-motivated, organized, enthusiastic individual to provide full-time administrative and closing support, as a Broker Assistant.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to the following:                

    • Yacht closing experience is a MUST
    • Have a positive attitude
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Internet, Yatco, and Yachtworld.
    • Must possess strong oral and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work under little supervision, multi-task, and prioritize.
    • Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from multiple sources while meeting deadlines
    • Handle all paperwork from initial sale to closing
    • Prepare and proofread contracts and agreements
    • Detailed oriented
    • Support broker with marketing initiatives including print advertising and e-mail marketing.
    • Attend and work during Boat Shows including Palm Beach, Miami, and Fort Lauderdale including any other special events as necessary.
